It is one property rather than several — a 3,500 square foot main house across three floors, plus an 1,100 square foot detached studio above the garage — so a group of 20 to 25 stays under one roof instead of splitting across multiple rentals or a block of hotel rooms.
Two complete kitchens — three refrigerators, three dishwashers, a 36-inch gas range and bar seating in both — so twenty-five people are not sharing one oven. One harvest table seats the group, and there are multiple living rooms across three floors when they want to spread back out.
Downstairs there is a heated game room with arcade cabinets, air hockey, foosball, ping pong and Pop-A-Shot. Outside, a covered six-person hot tub is open year round, with a gas fire table from April to October and wraparound decks facing the valley.
Nine bedrooms and six bathrooms. The sleeping arrangement is four king bedrooms (two of them en-suite), a queen room, a two-queen suite with a kitchenette, two bunk rooms in the main house, and a king bedroom plus a bunk room in the detached studio.
About ten minutes by car. Roslyn is five minutes, Cle Elum fifteen, Snoqualmie Pass around thirty, and Seattle roughly 85 miles or an hour and a half.

The minimum renter age is 28. Quiet hours run from 10 PM to 7 AM, the property is non-smoking, and a rental agreement and security deposit are required.
