Grand Alpine Lodge  /  Corporate Retreats

Corporate retreats, ninety minutes out

A whole house for the team — fiber Wi-Fi, a 100-inch screen, two kitchens and a deck to take the conversation onto.

Ninety minutes from Seattle, far enough that nobody drives home at night. A 4,600 square-foot house in a gated neighborhood, with room to work in the morning and get outside in the afternoon — and no conference-center minimum.

Set up for a working group

  • Fiber Wi-Fi at 150 Mbps — enough for a house full of people on calls
  • A theater room with a 100-inch screen for the session that needs a screen, plus 65-inch smart TVs throughout
  • Two full kitchens and islands with bar seating, so a caterer can work while the group keeps talking
  • Multiple living rooms, three floors and wraparound decks — breakout space without booking breakout rooms
  • Nine bedrooms, 6 baths, sleeping 25, including four kings and a detached studio for whoever needs their own door
  • Level 2 EV charging (240V NEMA 14-50, J1772) and parking for nine vehicles
  • A game room and hot tub for the part of the retreat that isn't on the agenda

Somewhere to take the group

Suncadia and Rope Rider Golf Course are ten minutes away. Roslyn is five, with breweries, a 1889 saloon and coffee within a block of each other. Lake Cle Elum, trailheads and Snoqualmie Pass skiing are all inside half an hour.

House rules worth knowing up front

Minimum renter age is 28, quiet hours run 10 PM to 7 AM, the property is non-smoking, and a rental agreement and security deposit are required. It is a house in a residential gated community, not an event venue.
